Policies & Procedures

​Possible Contraindications for Treatments or Some Modalities

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding 

  • Accutane use within last 6 months

  • Botox or filler within the last 2 weeks

  • Peel or laser treatment in last 4 weeks

  • PDO threads in last 2 weeks

  • Active sunburn

  • Active psoriasis or eczema in area to be treated

  • Recent surgeries in area to be treated

  • Pacemaker

 

Cancellation Policy

Please be sure to provide us with 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. You are able to make adjustments to your appointment from your booking or you can text (preferred) 323-301-8460.

Late Arrivals

Please be sure to arrive on time with all filled out for your appointments. We are unable to accept clients that are more than 10 minutes late for a treatment. If you are running late, please be sure to call or text and let us know that you are on your way so that any adjustments can be made if possible.

 

Please be sure to have all forms filled out prior to your arrival to ensure that you receive your full treatment time. 

 

Confirmation Texts

Confirmation texts will be sent out the day before your appointment. Please be sure to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are unable to attend.​

Membership Policy

  • A six-month commitment is required for all membership plans.

  • Monthly membership services DO roll over and can be used later if they are missed on the month in which they are included.

  • If for some reason you are unable to attend on the appointed month, you may share your service with a friend.

  • You must let us know personally in advance, the name of the person you would like to share with and specifically what services they are to receive.

  • Refunds will not be given for unused membership services. So, be sure to use your membership or share it with a friend or loved one. 

  • If for some reason you will be out of town or unable to use or share your membership during a period of time during the initial 6 month commitment, you may ask us to freeze the membership until you return and are able to start again. However, the membership cannot and will not be cancelled during the initial 6 month commitment period.

  • After the first 6 months, you may cancel your membership at any time. â€‹

Return Policy

Unopened products are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase.
