*AUTO-RENEW POLICY: A six-month commitment is required for all membership plans. Monthly membership services DO roll over and can be used later if they are missed on the month in which they are included. If for some reason you are unable to attend on the appointed month, you may share your service with a friend. You must let us know personally in advance, the name of the person you would like to share with and specifically what services they are to receive. Refunds will not be given for unused membership services. So, be sure to use your membership or share it with a friend or loved one. If for some reason you will be out of town or unable to use or share your membership during a period of time during the initial 6 month commitment, you may ask us to freeze the membership until you return and are able to start again. However, the membership cannot and will not be cancelled during the initial 6 month commitment period. After the first 6 months, you may cancel your membership at any time.
